1. Who we are
This Policy applies to the website www.siversa.co.mz, the commercial portal crm.siversa.co.mz, the cloud SaaS platform www.erp.siversa.co.mz (where customers access the software) and contact channels associated with the brands Siversa Cloud and Siversa ERP (cloud management and ERP software for businesses in Mozambique).

2. What data we collect
Depending on the interaction, we may process:
- Contact and commercial data: name, company, email, phone, NUIT (when provided), message, and package or quote preferences.
- Account data (CRM portal and SaaS platform): login credentials for crm.siversa.co.mz and www.erp.siversa.co.mz, user profile, request history and account-related communications.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, date/time and session identifiers needed for the website and cloud platform to work.
- Content you send us: contact forms, quote requests, demo or support enquiries.
We do not ask for sensitive data merely to browse the site. If under a Siversa Cloud / Siversa ERP contract we process your customers’ or employees’ data, that processing follows the service agreement and your instructions (you remain the controller of that data).
3. How we use the data
- Respond to information, demo and quote requests.
- Create and manage accounts on the CRM portal and SaaS platform (www.erp.siversa.co.mz) and support the sales process.
- Provide, improve and secure our websites, cloud platform and Siversa Cloud / Siversa ERP services.
- Send commercial or product communications when you have consented or when the business relationship allows it, with an opt-out option.
- Meet legal obligations and defend rights in disputes.
4. Legal basis and sharing
We process data based on your request (pre-contractual steps), contract performance, legal obligations and, where applicable, consent or our legitimate interest in improving and protecting our services.
We may share data with providers that support us (hosting, email, analytics, payments or technical support), only as needed and under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site may use essential technical cookies and, when enabled, measurement tools (for example Google Tag Manager / analytics) to understand page usage and improve the experience. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
6. Retention and security
We keep data only for as long as needed for the stated purposes or required by law (for example commercial and tax records). We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

- correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erasure or restriction of processing, where applicable;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdrawal of consent, where processing is based on consent.
