1. Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of www.siversa.co.mz, crm.siversa.co.mz, www.erp.siversa.co.mz (the cloud SaaS platform where customers access the software) and content associated with the brands Siversa Cloud and Siversa ERP.
Subscription or contracting of Siversa Cloud / Siversa ERP software, modules, support or professional services may be subject to contracts, commercial proposals or specific conditions which, in case of conflict, prevail over these general website Terms.
2. Website services and information
The site presents information about products, modules, plans and commercial contacts. We aim to keep content up to date, but descriptions, indicative prices, videos and promotional materials may change without prior notice.
Demos, test environments and public catalogues are for evaluation and do not, by themselves, constitute a final contractual commitment.
3. Account and access to the portal and platform
If you create an account on the CRM portal (crm.siversa.co.mz), the SaaS platform (www.erp.siversa.co.mz) or receive credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms, compromises security or is used fraudulently.
4. Acceptable use
When using our channels, you agree to:
- provide true and up-to-date information in forms and quote requests;
- not attempt unauthorised access to systems, data or third-party accounts;
- not use the site for unlawful purposes, spam, social engineering or malware distribution;
- not copy, scrape or reuse content abusively without authorisation;
- respect the intellectual property and privacy of other users.
5. Intellectual property
Brands, logos, texts, interfaces, videos, documentation and software of Siversa Cloud / Siversa ERP are protected. You are granted only a limited licence to browse the site and use the features made available on the SaaS platform. Any other reproduction or commercial exploitation requires prior written authorisation.
6. Quotes, pricing and payments
Quote requests via the website or CRM are commercial enquiries. The proposal sent (amounts, term, modules and conditions) is the valid reference until the date stated in the proposal itself.
Prices published on marketing pages or public catalogues may be approximate and may vary by package, period, taxes, customisations and negotiated conditions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Siversa Cloud and Siversa ERP are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses resulting from: (i) temporary interruptions of the website or SaaS platform; (ii) decisions based solely on informational content; (iii) misuse of your credentials; (iv) facts attributable to third parties or force majeure.
Contracted software and the related service level are governed by the agreement entered into with the customer.
